  • How many people does a full pan feed?
    A full pan has approximately 50 servings.
  • How do I know how much food to choose?
    While it is difficult to determine this, a good rule of thumb would be a protein and two sides. From there you can decide on the particular desires of your guests.
  • How do I heat your meat up from cold?
    The pans of meat can easily be heated at 300 degrees for two hours.
  • What services do you provide?
    We specialize in the food preparation. We can simply deliver the food to you or setup a complete buffet including chafing dishes, serving utensils, and servers. You can even pickup your food at our restaurant if we're already booked for your date. We can provide buns for a fee. We do not provide plates, silverware, tables, chairs, or beverages. To hire our food truck for a private event, there is a minimum $$ requirement.
  • What on your menu is Gluten-Free?
    Everything except the Mac n' Cheese. Let us know about any other dietary limitations we need to know about.
  • How much notice do you need before my event?
    The most important thing is to get you on our schedule. Once there, we need to know your menu and number of guests approximately two weeks from the event.
